This would be fun to make and it would look great on Dad's desk, nightstand or dresser. The kids would have fun making it too.
Instructions

2. Spray Paint it a metallic such as pewter, silver, bronze.

If you have several generations still with you, this would be a wonderful gift for all the fathers in the family (Dad, Grandfather, Great Grandfather). It does take a little time to do, but I would soooo love a picture like this to honor someone.
