Oatmeal Body Scrub
This body scrub contains many ingredients that will help your skin retain its moisture. You will need 2 tablespoons of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Grind the oats in a food processor until they have the look of sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well. In a circular motion, gently apply the scrub to moist skin. Rinse with warm water. This is gentle enough to use daily and can be used on the face and body.
